LEGO Partners with LazMall for Shopping Campaigns

The LEGO Group has partnered with Lazada to host its largest Super Brand Day on LazMall in Singapore and Malaysia on May 18 as well as a special Brand Day in Indonesia on May 19. With the theme of “Dream It, Build It,” the 24-hour shopping events offer exclusive product bundles, gifts and deals and also features a social media contest that invites customers to build their dream cars with LEGO vehicle sets for a chance to win cash prizes. The LEGO Group has also teamed up with Universal Group this year for a series of Fast & Furious-themed promotions, including exclusive Fast & Furious LEGO starter kits and ticket giveaways for the new Fast X movie.

Lazada Vietnam Awards Scholarships to Underprivileged Students

In collaboration with Vietnam National University in Hanoi, Lazada Vietnam last month awarded 100 scholarships to underprivileged students in relevant eCommerce fields. More than 500 local brands and sellers donated proceeds toward this Light Up ECommerce Talents campaign, which raised more than VND500 million (USD21,300) for the scholarships.


Lazada Singapore Achieves Highest Score in Second Annual Anti-Scam Ratings

Lazada Singapore received the highest possible score of four ticks in the second edition of the Transaction Safety Ratings by Singapore’s Inter-Ministry Committee on Scams. This is the second consecutive year that Lazada has been recognized for its efforts in implementing necessary safety measures to secure transactions on the platform. Since achieving a full score in its first year, Lazada has continued to roll out measures to maintain and enhance the safety and reliability of its online shopping environment. For example, in December 2022, it introduced a new feature that releases payments to sellers only after consumers have confirmed their receipt and satisfaction with their orders.
